To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.


If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition (with all tags still attached). If the original tags are not still attached, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange, refund or credit, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

For international orders, we can only offer refunds or credit, we are unable to provide exchanges. If you wish to return for another style/size, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order.

If import taxes/fees are requested on international orders, but you refuse the delivery, we will not be able to refund your order. If you decide you no longer want the order, please pay the fees and return the item/s to us. You will then be able to apply for a refund of the import fees from your local customs office, due to returning the item. We would then refund the item, minus the original shipping charge, when we receive it back from you.


How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved and a link to pay for your return shipping label.
  • UK customers - Returns are to be dropped off at any of 7,500 UK Collect+ stores, by either printing the returns label at home or by downloading the provided barcode, taking it to a drop off location and the cashier printing it for you (UK ONLY).
  • International customers (outside UK) - Once you have had your return request approved, please send your return to the address listed on this page, using a tracked service and not using the CollectPlus label service as detailed for UK customers. Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order (if you do not have one, you can download a returns form here).


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
  • Mystery box items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for a different size.
  • Gift cards, free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.


Are there any charges for return?

  • Returns are charged at £3.98, with us providing you with a return shipping label.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment. It will be visible in your account within 5 working days.

 Important notes on this service:

  • Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange an item, by ticking the appropriate column. Exchanges not available for international (non-UK) orders.
  • Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
  • We are not be liable for any returns that do not arrive back to our warehouse.
  • Return postage costs are at the expense of the customer.
  • Please note that returns may not be approved druing weekends and will be approved the next working day (Monday).

  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. AMICCI is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
  • Once refunds have been processed, please allow 5 working days for this to appear in your account.
